The Ultradyne® 50 PTFE and Steridyne® 50 PVDF vent filters are multipurpose filters for small volume venting, gas and solvent filtration. Designed and supported for bi-directional flow, they serve as a cost-effective hydrophobic vent filter. These filters can also be used to filter up to one liter of solvent or solvent-based liquids, and can be pre-wet with alcohol to filter aqueous liquids. For sterile applications, the Ultradyne® 50 and Steridyne® 50 filters can be safely autoclaved up to 30 times. Each filter is identified with a part number and heat stamped with a lot number.
