Its unique spiral construction creates a gradient pore structure that maximizes service life and flow rates. The filters are ideal for clarification, polishing, bioburden reduction, and prefiltration applications. It is compatible with a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents.

Nominal cartridge lengths include 10″, 20″, 30″, and 40″ (25, 50, 75, 100 cm). They support multiple end cap configurations and O-ring materials such as Buna, EPR, silicone, Teflon® over silicone, and Viton®.

Yes, DeltaMax® cartridges meet FDA food contact regulations per CFR Title 21,177 and comply with USP Class VI plastics tests. They are manufactured under cGMP conditions, are non-fiber releasing as defined in 21 CFR 210.3(b)(6), and comply with European Commission Directive 2002/72/EC and subsequent amendments. This makes them suitable for regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing applications.
